1. Service Description
SparkTestXprovides Google Play Closed Testing services, including providing real Android testers, testing management, and guidance for production access. Our services are designed to help app developers meet Google Play's testing requirements.
2. Service Delivery
Upon payment and submission of app details, we will begin the testing process. All packages include a 14-day closed testing period. Delivery times may vary based on your selected package. The testing period begins when testers opt in to your closed testing track.
3. App Testing Services
No Money-Back Guarantee
Once the testing process begins, no refunds will be issued. If Google terminates or suspends your app during testing, no refunds will be provided. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Testing Compliance
We adhere strictly to Google Play policies, ensuring your app is tested in real-world environments across multiple devices. All testers are real Android users with genuine Google accounts and physical devices. We do not use bots, emulators, or any automated tools that violate Google Play's terms.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before testing begins. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and other methods as communicated during the inquiry process. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. No partial payments or installment plans are available.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your app complies with Google Play's content and policy guidelines. While we provide testers and guidance, production access approval is ultimately determined by Google. You must provide accurate app information and maintain the closed testing track throughout the 14-day period.
6. Disclaimer
While we maintain a 98% success rate, we cannot guarantee Google Play production access approval as this is determined by Google's internal review process. We guarantee our testers will meet the opt-in and engagement requirements specified in your package. Any app suspension, termination, or rejection by Google is beyond our control and does not entitle you to a refund.
